Designed and developed in Alnwick England during Hardy's 150th year, Hardy's new flagship rod "The Marksman" combines power and an almost weightless in-hand feel. Fitted with titanium guides and dressed in a subtle non-flash golden olive, its understated looks hide a capability that needs to be experienced.

This specific 9' 5-weight rod is rated in Great condition only because the cork shows very slight discoloration from use. Other than that, the rod is Like New. This rod was new to us so we spent some time test casting it in the field behind our warehouse. Our tester reported lots of power to launch flies in wind combined with a very light feel.
