The Sage DART is a tremendously popular series of rods designed specifically for chasing spooky trout in small creeks. These rods load fast and deliver flies with precise accuracy at short range. This 7'6" 4-weight gives you a bit more backbone to work with, while still offering the flexibility to cast under, over and through (or in our case, it's often into, but that's nothing to do with the rod!) overhanging branches and other obstacles. While primarily a dry fly rod, this 4-weight can still sling terrestrials such as small hoppers, as well as unweighted streamers.

All Sage rods are handmade on Bainbridge Island, Washington. This rod comes with the original rod tube and sock. We've rated it as Great condition due to a few small cosmetic factors from normal use.
