This specific 8'8" 5-weight is a great all-round stick for trout fishing. Hoppers, indicator rigs, or size 20 parachute Adams all fish with ease and grace on this rod. It balances lighter in hand than the 9-footer and is equally versatile. This rod is in pretty much perfect condition except for some normal discoloration on the cork from light use. Because of the cork we've rated it as Great but otherwise the rod is Like New. The original rod tube and sock are included.
